Starting with the client Purchase Order, GFM can acquire and populate the system via electronic data transfer (relational database such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL, SAP, etc.), computer media (Access, Excel), client on-line input, Internet or e-mail.

From here, real time process control is achieved through the use of hand held radio frequency (RF) tablets whereby all data is linked, checked against defaults, processed, photographed and tracked. All materials entering the GFM facility are given a bar-code material receipt record, labelled, line item checked against packing list, line item checked against purchase order and placed into the bar code controlled inventory system for further processing.
